FAQ
Common questions
Windows says “Unknown publisher”. Is that normal?
Yes. Zento apps are not code-signed yet, so SmartScreen shows a warning. Check the file’s SHA256 against the one on the downloads page, then click “More info” → “Run anyway”.
Why does ZentoTweak need administrator rights?
ZentoTweak changes system settings: the registry, services and scheduled tasks. Windows does not allow this without administrator rights.
Which Windows versions are supported?
Windows 10 version 1809 or later, and Windows 11. 64-bit only.
Can I undo everything?
Yes: a restore point and backups are created before changes are applied, and rollback uses the log of original values.
